Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. This position is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. A background in hospitality or customer service will enhance the guest experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
