You should have a focus on quality and treat each project as if you are working on your own family home.

Responsibilities:

Experienced Installer or Crew Leaders on a roofing or siding crew Install shingle roofing, siding, soffits, & fascia on residential houses. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with great communication skills. Able to ensure excellent installations on every project, while driving efficiency of the crew. Experience working safely on jobsites and ensuring your team works safely. Work with existing production team daily to determine priorities Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite Must be able to carry 80lb bundles of shingles on your shoulder and walk up a 2-storey ladder. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
