Train new team members on proper shoveling and safety practices
Step in to shovel when needed--this is a working leadership role
Qualifications:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in snow removal or construction
Strong communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Must be dependable and take ownership of assigned sites
Compensation:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
