Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance member to join our team. This role is part of our landscaping maintenance division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess skills using an array of lawn care tools and equipment, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

During the winter months (Nov-Apr), we are seeking a shovel crew leader. This role is part of our snow clearing operation. you will be responsible for driving one of our pickup trucks, completing your route in a timely and efficient manner. All sites to be properly inspected before leaving, ensuring a safe and clean property is left behind.

Duties

Summer - Assist in the daily landscape maintenance requirements as instructed by your crew chief during the summer months. Grass cutting, trimming, weed control, spring/fall cleanups, etc. Winter - Driving trucks, pulling trailers, loading equipment, picking up other team members for the shift, shoveling, using snowblowers and backpack blowers, etc.

Experience

Valid drivers license required with at least two years of experience and clean record. Experience in landscape maintenance with an eye for detail. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a strong asset; ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. . Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
