Position Responsibilities:

Installation of skylights in commercial, industrial, and residential settings; On-site measurement, layout, and preparation for skylight installations; Safe handling and transport of skylights, tools, and equipment; Removal of existing units and retrofitting new skylight systems; Coordination with site supervisors and contractors to ensure project completion; Use of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly and responsibly; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites; Identify and report material shortages, damages, or site issues; Being Comfortable working on roofs; Knowledge of working with metal flashing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication skills in English; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites; Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs and work at heights; High School diploma or equivalent; Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; Physically able to perform duties on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs; Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and organized; Strong willingness to learn and adapt on site.

Additional Assets (Not Required):

Working at Heights Certification Construction or roofing experience Knowledge about fenestration systems (Windows, Doors, etc.) Experience handling aluminum, steel, and/or glass materials
Starting at $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and certifications.
