Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various fabrication processes. This role involves working with metal components to create high-quality products. Candidate will utilize tools such as press brake machines, shears, and power tools to build parts efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Read and interpret order sheets to understand project requirements. Use power tools and machinery safely and effectively in the fabrication process. Operate forklifts for the safe movement of materials within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication. Proficiency in operating press brake machines and welding equipment is preferred. Experience with plasma table is a plus. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is required. Attention to detail with the ability to interpret order sheets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
