Roofing Service Manager in Mississauga, ON!
The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers.This role is paying a base salary of $80k - $90k plus generous bonus opportunity!
Job Summary:
Marketing and developing service Scheduling and supervising two-man crews - ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures Ensuring customer satisfaction Estimating, proposing, and selling repair work from some provided leads Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship Responsible for management/growth of service department
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years' experience in commercial roofing - Required
2+ years' experience in commercial roofing service
Candidate MUST be a current Canadian Citizen
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is requiredBenefits:
