Roof Production Team

and are looking for reliable and experienced

Roofers.

Key Responsibilities

Install new commercial roofing systems as part of full roof replacement projects Tear off existing roofing systems safely and efficiently Assist in staging and setup of materials and tools for job execution Ensure proper installation techniques according to specifications and safety standards Maintain clean and organized job sites Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule Follow company safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture

Qualifications

Previous roofing experience required (flat roofing preferred) Familiarity with membrane systems such as SBS, TPO, EPDM, or similar Understanding of commercial roofing best practices and installation procedures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions Able to travel out of town for short durations when required

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Time management and reliability on job sites
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
