We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be comfortable working at heights. This role involves a variety of tasks related to roofing and general labor, requiring both physical strength and technical skills. Duties



Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials. Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials. Assist with carpentry tasks related to roof framing and structural support. Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing of roofs. Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment on-site. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Qualifications



Proven experience in construction or roofing is preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools relevant to roofing and general labor tasks. Strong understanding of carpentry principles is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the workday. Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous for interpreting project plans. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
