Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable

Roofers

to join our team in Moncton, NB. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on roofing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on a variety of projects. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofing systems while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain metal roofing, siding, and related systems. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials according to project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment effectively. Work at heights safely and comply with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members, foremen, and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule. Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in roofing or construction (metal roofing experience is an asset). Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction terminology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physically fit and able to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and handle materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Fall Protection and WHMIS certifications are assets (training can be provided). Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
