Key Responsibilities of the Rogers Sales Representative:



Engage directly with prospective and existing customers in person, understanding their needs and offering customized telecommunications solutions that align with their preferences. Promote and represent leading telecommunications products and services, ensuring each customer receives clear and personalized information. Build strong, lasting relationships by providing a positive experience and creating trust, helping drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions, pricing advantages, and bundled service offers to better assist customers in making informed decisions. Collect and communicate feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improving service delivery, product offerings, and the overall customer experience. Achieve individual and team-based sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and fostering collaborative success among other Rogers Sales Representatives.

Qualifications & Skills for the Rogers Sales Representative:



High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred. A proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire for continuous growth and improvement. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver high levels of customer engagement and retention. Demonstrates integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information and adhering to compliance standards. Comfortable working with individuals from various backgrounds and collaborating in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.
