Rogers Sales Associate Responsibilities

:

As a Rogers Sales Associate, you will meet customers face-to-face in residential or retail environments to discuss Rogers' latest telecom offerings. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and confidently close sales. Assess customer needs and recommend tailored bundles for wireless, internet, and home services. Assist customers with activations, upgrades, and technical questions in a clear, friendly manner as a Rogers Sales Associate. Collaborate with team leads and Rogers Sales Associates team members to refine sales techniques and maintain consistent performance. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, retention, and potential referrals. Track daily sales targets, analyze performance trends, and contribute ideas for team success. Maintain a professional image while representing the Rogers brand in the community.

What we are looking for in a Rogers Sales Associate:



A people-first mindset and love for tech innovation. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivation to succeed in a commission-based role. Comfort working independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer-facing experience in retail, telecom, or related fields. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
