We are seeking a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Duties
Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with clients
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and clinic operations
Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in the relevant jurisdiction
Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and wellness advice effectively
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
