We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As an RMT, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic massage services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting overall wellness.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to develop personalized treatment plans. Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment progress and any adjustments needed during sessions. Document client sessions accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance client care. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with clients and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
