Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Casual/Part-Time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team at Satin Touch Skin and Laser. We are a family run business and a small tight-knit team of estheticians. Satin Touch is a busy and esteemed clinic with an established clientele over the past 6 years. Our clinic currently offers botox, laser hair removal, microneedling, RF microneedling, numerous medical grade facials, teeth whitening, and much more! We are continuously looking to expand and grow professionally and personally and it's time we add to our services and team with an RMT.

This role offers flexible scheduling 1-3 days a week with opportunity to grow. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving client well-being through personalized massage treatments and excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment Document client treatments and progress accurately in accordance with clinic policies Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up with clients as needed Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a comfortable experience for clients Excellent communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client concerns Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs and clinic hours

Compensation

commission based 65/35, negotiable more details to be discussed during interview clinic provides all material, space, clients

Requires valid certificate in massage therapy and to be registered with BC college.
