We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our therapist-owned wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to tailor massage sessions accordingly. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic Massages. Maintain accurate client records. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and address any concerns or questions. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Requirements

Valid licensure and certification in massage therapy. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain techniques and address client inquiries. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $75.00-$135.00 per hour
