Key Responsibilities



Client Consultation and Assessment: Welcome clients in a warm, professional manner. Review health histories, discuss relaxation or therapeutic goals, and ensure any contraindications are identified before treatment.

Customized Massage Therapy: Deliver a range of massage services--including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and specialty relaxation treatments--adapting each session to meet the client's needs.

Upholding Spa Ambience: Contribute to the calming atmosphere by maintaining a serene, clean, and comfortable workspace. Set up treatment rooms with proper linens, lighting, music, and aromatherapy as appropriate.

Client Education: Offer guidance on relaxation techniques, home care, and products that can extend the benefits of their treatment.

Customer Service Excellence: Foster positive guest experiences, handle scheduling or rescheduling, and manage feedback or concerns with professionalism and a client-centred approach.

Record Keeping: Accurately document client sessions, preferences, and any health changes while ensuring confidentiality.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa professionals--such as estheticians, receptionists, and wellness practitioners--to deliver a seamless, holistic experience for all guests.

Adherence to Spa and Industry Standards: Follow spa policies, sanitation protocols, and all professional regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
