REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
WEBSITE REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT DETAILS:
Sioux-Hudson Employment Services is currently seeking proposals for the redevelopment of our existing website www.siouxlookoutjobs.com.
PROPOSAL DETAILS:
At a minimum, the website shall include:
- Job vacancy listings with ability to be updated regularly by employees with medium level technical skills;
- Job vacancies shall be organized via National Occupational Code (NOC) categories with an RSS feed highlighting the latest vacancies posted;
- Updateable Monthly Calendar of Events and News sections
- Design should include technologies that support persons with low literacy, English as a second language, and other challenges to navigating internet publications;
- Ability to offer, for purchase, banner style advertising;
- Compatibility with both Android and iPhone
- College diploma and/or equivalent experience in the area of graphic design and website publication;
- Portfolio that includes a minimum of two (2) examples of previous website redevelopment projects;
- Website design shall be in accordance with Employment Ontario Visual Identity and Publication Guidelines, https://www.tcu.gov.on.ca/eng/eopg/publications/eo-visual-identity-and-communication-guidelines-service-providers-en.pdf
- Please include a budgetary breakdown of expenses with timeline for completion
