Job description:

We\xe2\x80\x99re currently a team from a range of international backgrounds & cultures, and we operate worldwide. Working closely with the Global Director of People Transformation and key stakeholders in the HRSLT and wider People Team and within the Business.

Being \xe2\x80\x98you\xe2\x80\x99 at Taylor and Francis:

Help us progress human progress through knowledge! Reporting into the Global Director of People Transformation, as a Rewards Project and Research Support Coordinator, you will aid in our mission by providing support on Reward projects and research on all areas of the reward agenda, including salary management, equal pay, gender pay gap, short term bonus, long term incentive initiatives, approach to total reward and will aim to improve the delivery of data driven reward solutions.

Project and Research Support
  • Conduct required job evaluations as requested utilising the Towers Willis Watson methodology
  • Conduct Job Analysis research as requested, preparing all interview scripts, organising and conducting all relevant interviews and prepare and deliver recommendations and reports.
  • Provide support to any salary surveys and job matching activity to drive the implementation of our job architecture and benchmarking practices.
  • Continue to support strategic projects e.g., Role Profile Categorisation and Job Levelling and any other related activities related to the design and implementation of the Reward Philosophy and Framework for Taylor & Francis
  • Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis in response to business requests and presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Support in the delivery of salary management programmes and initiatives.
  • Build an understanding of the business to understand and support the reward agenda to be delivered.
  • Administer reward governance foundations
  • Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders in the People Team e.g., Career Path Specialist, to ensure linkages of the Reward Framework to other key People Team initiatives e.g., Career Paths, Talent Frameworks etc.

  • Qualified (or willing to train in) Job Evaluation methodology, preferably Towers Willis Watson
  • Advanced Excel skills
