Key Responsibilities
Analyze revenue streams, lead management processes, and profitability metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to optimize lead conversion, sales pipelines, and revenue performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead quality, nurture processes, and customer retention.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and profitability, providing actionable insights and reports.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in revenue processes and recommend or execute improvements.
Support the sales team with data-driven strategies for lead prioritization and resource allocation.
Oversee and refine revenue tracking systems and tools to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Conduct regular reviews of revenue performance and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in revenue management, sales analytics, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
Experience with lead management, sales funnel optimization, and process improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
