The Role




OPERATIONS




Revenue operations support:

Help researching and implementing HubSpot (CRM/Marketing Automation), Fathom (AI Notetaker) and PandaDoc (Proposal/Contract Management) improvements that allow LINK to scale 10x (while respecting the 80/20 rule) Research and recommend new technologies (especially AI/ML-related) that allows LINK to grow 10x while only growing the Revenue Team incrementally

North Star for Revenue Operations:

Salespeople do not need to do manual entry into HubSpot HubSpot's revenue forecast is accurate according to objective, AI-driven assessment

SALES




Sales collateral development

Both writing and design - leveraging AI/ML to do so efficiently and at scale

MARKETING




Marketing collateral development:

Both writing and design - leveraging AI/ML to do so efficiently and at scale

Website support:

Execute all required website improvements on LINK's corporate website

Social media support

Leveraging AI, compose LinkedIn posts that engage LINKs ICPs, investors and future Team Members Collaborate on populating and own execution on content calendar
