Dawn Interiors currently is looking a multi-talented creative individual. The current project is ongoing development of our e-commerce site, marketing. the use of social media, visual display work, day to day retail operatiions and customer service. Job specific training is provided. Strong computer skills are required; any background in photography, marketing, business, customer service, sales, home style and fashion would be an asset. Dawn Interiors is located in downtown Lloydminster. Please include a cover letter. This job is for a flexible part time person. The ability to sew is an asset.

Summary

In the role of Retail Technologist/Social Media Marketing/Retail Sales, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through innovative technology solutions and effective social media strategies. Your core skills in customer service, POS systems, and cash handling will be essential in providing a seamless shopping experience. With premium skills in technology sales and merchandising, you will showcase products and conduct demos to boost sales. Additionally, your strong communication and organizational skills will support our mission to deliver exceptional service and foster lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections. Operate POS systems efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales. Manage inventory and merchandising to ensure an appealing shopping environment. Utilize effective communication and time management skills to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a positive retail experience.
