YOUR ROLE: SENIOR STORE SALES MANAGER - LEADERSHIP IN ACTION
As a
Store Sales Manager
, you are the heartbeat of the store -- responsible for:
Driving sales and achieving ambitious performance goals.
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Overseeing daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
Implementing effective recruiting, training, and coaching programs.
Supporting marketing and local promotional initiatives to grow store visibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven
retail management experience
(
5-7 years' experience
as a
Retail Store Manager
level : A MUST)
.
Demonstrated success in
driving sales
and delivering exceptional
customer service
.
Strong
leadership and communication
skills -- hands-on, people-focused, and results-driven.
Experience in merchandising, Clientele development , or recruiting an asset.
Bilingualism (English/French) an advantage.
