Retail Sales Supervisor
Job Description
B.Assign specific duties to each member of sales staff, and write work schedules.
C.Approve payments and merchandise returns.
D.Resolve existing and arising problems, for example, requirements and complaints of customers, supply shortages.
E.Collate and maintain inventory.
F.Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising and personnel issues.
G.Hire new sales workers, train or arrange for training of them, monitor performance and give reports.
H.Guarantee the preservation of the workplaces visual standards and image, which may includes products displays and workplace sanitation.
I.Selling merchandise.
J.Develop and implement marketing strategies.
K.Develop work plans for each month and season as well as the whole year.
L.Order and purchase merchandises.
M.Approve returns of sold merchandises.
