Job Description
Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Retail Sales Supervisor, which we call a Sales Team Lead. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of Sales Advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service -
Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun! -
Oversee store KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety) -
Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates -
2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue -
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals -
Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment
