F.J. Wadden & Son's Ltd. is a family-owned full-service wholesale distributor located in Donovan's Industrial Park, Mt. Pearl, NL. Our key market categories would include Confectionary, Beverage, Food Service and Sanitation.This is a full-time permanent position reporting to our General Manager; the Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the overall performance of the department. As the primary point of contact, you will function as a liaison between your office, other departments, and our customers. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of operational, sales, administrative and human resource duties. Successful candidates in the position will require strong interpersonal, technical, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership, direction and effectively communicate objectives to staff.
• Implementing policies and procedures as directed from senior management.
• Administrative tasks include, processing customer orders, purchase order receipts, load sheets, stock transfers, flash live and shipment entry, product deletion.
• Ensure customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Maintain appropriate scheduling for staff lunch and break times.
• Ensure back up systems are in place during vacation and other time off periods.
• Complete holiday schedules
• Ensure customer call lists are completed weekly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within an administrative supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• General understanding of a Warehouse Management System. IBM I series (Green Screen)
• Understanding of databases.
• Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Strong customer focus, understanding customers needs.
