What You'll Do:
Welcome and connect with customers to create an awesome shopping experience.
Step in to resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
Lead by example on the sales floor -- showing the team how to deliver great service and drive sales.
Use the POS system confidently for purchases, returns, and daily transactions.
Help keep the store looking fresh, organized, and inviting.
Take ownership of daily operations like opening, closing, and cash handling.
Spot opportunities to make things better, whether it's improving efficiency or boosting team morale.
What We're Looking For:
Retail experience (leadership or keyholder experience is a big plus).
A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
Skilled at handling customer disputes with professionalism and care.
Confident with POS systems and day-to-day store operations.
A self-starter who takes initiative and leads by example.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
