About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, confident, and creative Retail Sales & Design Specialist to join our front-end team. You'll support clients through the sales journey--whether helping with in-stock selections or guiding them through custom design consultations. You'll also play an important role in showroom styling and help develop engaging social media content that reflects our brand voice and beautiful furniture collections.
We offer a structured 3-month training period at $25/hour, followed by a performance-based compensation model that rewards initiative, client care, and sales success.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide warm, professional customer service on the showroom floor
Lead or assist with design consultations and space planning
Build strong product knowledge across our collections
Create quotes, manage orders, and follow up with clients
Support floor moves, styling, and seasonal remerchandising
Assist with tagging, pricing, and floor readiness
Contribute to our social media marketing efforts, including content capture (photos/videos), reels, stories, and product highlights
Collaborate with ownership and teammates to meet monthly goals and enhance the client experience
What We're Looking For
Experience in furniture, home decor, or interior design sales
A natural communicator with excellent customer service and follow-through
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Creative flair and strong eye for styling and presentation
Physically capable of supporting showroom setups and product movement
Familiar with Instagram/Facebook and basic content creation (or eager to get confident)
Tech-friendly (POS systems, tablets; LightSpeed experience is a plus)
Organized, proactive, and aligned with our values of kindness and clarity
Compensation
$25/hour training wage for your first 3 months
Transition to a performance-based compensation model.
A base hourly wage plus sales incentives tied to customer success
Bonuses for customer reviews, content contributions, and showroom styling support
Health and dental benefits available after probation
Clear growth path into a lead design/sales role with expanded responsibility and earning potential
Schedule
35 - 40 hours per week
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Daytime shifts, with occasional seasonal events or showroom resets
