You'll help customers find the perfect pieces for their home, offer design suggestions, and provide exceptional service from the first hello to final delivery. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, and professional manner.
Guide customers through furniture, mattress, and appliance selections.
Offer design advice and product knowledge tailored to customer needs.
Process Sales using POS system and maintain accurate records.
Assist with store merchandising, tidiness, and restocking.
Follow up on customer inquiries and special orders.
Support store events, promotions, and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
Friendly, approachable personality with customer-first mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous retail or sales experience preferred (furniture and home decor is a bonus)
Comfortable using computers and learning POS systems
Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
Ability to build furniture pieces and lift/move light furniture for showroom staging
