Position:

Part-Time Sales Associate & Keyholder

Schedule:

Minimum ?4 days a week, alternating weekends

Pandora Erin Mills is seeking a motivated, customer-focused

S?ales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, knowledge of our products, and a commitment to achieving sales goals. As a Keyholder, you will also be entrusted with store opening/closing duties, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and engaging sales techniques. Perform register transactions, including cash and credit payments, and assist with opening and closing the store. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current promotions and product offerings. Ensure store standards in merchandise handling, visual displays, and cleanliness. Build brand loyalty and a customer following through clienteling. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies. Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications:

Available for a minimum of ?4 days per week, including alternating weeke?nds. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and passion for the brand. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to fulfill store opening and closing duties.
