Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a point of support for staff during shifts
Lead and motivate the retail team to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by being approachable, helpful, and solutions-focused
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and step in for escalated situations when needed
Conduct product demonstrations and offer knowledgeable, technical support to customers
Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Oversee cash handling and ensure accuracy in POS transactions and cashiering practices
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure products are attractively and effectively displayed
Stay up to date on current promotions, return/exchange policies, and security practices
Support daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor, especially on weekends and high-traffic days
Requirements
Proven retail sales experience
Previous team lead or supervisory experience
in a retail or customer-facing environment
Friendly, approachable, and confident -- with a genuine passion for
customer service
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable
leading by example
and being the go-to person for staff and customer needs during shifts
Proficient with
POS systems
for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Skilled in
product demonstrations
and explaining features in a customer-friendly way
Strong
organizational and time management
skills
Familiarity with
merchandising principles
and general retail operations
Professional
phone etiquette
and experience handling customer inquiries by phone
Previous experience with
upselling or cross-selling
techniques is an asset
Must be available to work
weekends

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
