, we specialize in natural, result-driven skincare, body care, home essentials, and lifestyle items. With the recent addition of three treatment rooms into our expanded space (we also have a Reflexologist joining us October 1), we're expanding into esthetic services and looking for a passionate

Esthetician & Retail Sales Associate

to grow with us.

This role begins with

retail sales, product education, and complimentary makeup consultations

(Jane Iredale line). As service demand builds, you'll also perform esthetic treatments such as facials, massage, waxing, and body treatments etc. Floating between the retail store and providing services. On top of an hourly wage, we also offer commission on daily sales as customizable product recommendations are an asset.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of this role. Prior customer service experience is required

Your Role

Deliver outstanding

customer service

to every client and customer Greet and assist with skincare, body, home, and lifestyle products Provide

complimentary makeup consultations

; bonus if you offer makeup applications (training provided) Build strong product knowledge in clean, results-focused beauty and wellness lines Support store operations: cash handling, restocking, merchandising Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store, maintaining inventory and orderly shelves. Perform esthetic services (facials, massage, waxing, body treatmenta etc) as bookings increase Social media savy or wiling to learn. Daily posts and social media content creation is required on shift Bonus if you have marketing experience

. What We're Looking For

Licensed

Esthetician

(diploma/certification required)

Customer service experience is a must

(retail, hospitality, spa or related fields) Friendly, approachable, and confident in client interactions Passion for clean, effective products and holistic self-care Bonus: makeup application skills (we'll train if needed)

Schedule

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week
