Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, part-time Retail Sales Associates in North York, ON to work for our client Kit Kat, working on site at their Canadian Flagship Kit Kat Chocolatory at Yorkdale Mall! Responsibilities: * Welcoming every guest to the boutique, then identifying guest's needs and guiding guests through the Kit Kat Chocolatory experience according to their preferences

• Ensuring every guest is made aware of all aspects and offerings of the Kit Kat Chocolatory experience
• Achieve with team the daily, weekly, monthly sales and service level targets set for the Kit Kat Chocolatory
• Ensuring the boutique is kept clean and tidy, and shelves are always stocked with products
• Help to create and maintaining a fun, welcoming, and creative environment for both guests and staff
• Respond appropriately to guests' complaints
• Processing cash and credit transactions efficiently
• Adhering to food hygiene and quality standards
• Ensure safe working conditions

Qualifications: * Outgoing, approachable and passionate about chocolate, you'll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team delivering new products and innovative service.

• Exposure to a fast-paced environment within a guest facing role in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills; a desire to share your passion for chocolate with guests.
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in a in a customer service or sales role will be key to your success.
• Up-serving capabilities with strong product knowledge
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Business savvy and customer orientated
• Attention to detail
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
