Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Grants. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers. You will engage with shoppers, assist them in finding the footwear they need.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend products that meet their requirements. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly. Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls from customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English. Organizational skills. Proficient in cashiering duties and handling transactions accurately. A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others. Ability to work flexible hours Monday - Saturday. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
