Rogers' Chocolates is seeking a Part-time, Customer Service-oriented Sales Associate at our Granville Island Retail Location. Our company culture is fun loving and friendly so we seek like minded individuals. This position is paid hourly with company discounts.

Sell and promote Rogers' Chocolates in our Granville Island retail store! Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices. Provides efficient, accurate service at counter. Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Manager on Duty. Must be available weekends. Work well in a team environment, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and HAVE FUN!

Qualifications

Experience in a sales associate role. Must have customer service experience. Strong command of point of sale systems an asset. Ability to work with limited direction. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time. Have flexible availability A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love for chocolate!
