We are looking for a
hands-on, high-energy Location Manager
to lead daily operations and support a large frontline team, including technicians, mechanics, and shop staff.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support a diverse frontline team (service writers, tire technicians, mechanics, apprentice, etc.)
Maintain a strong, visible presence across the front counter, shop, and service areas
Ensure exceptional customer service and a consistent customer experience for all visitors
Monitor daily operations closely and stay aware of what's happening throughout the location
Address performance issues professionally and ensure staff follow established procedures
Delegate tasks effectively and keep staff productive throughout the day
Ensure accurate invoicing and paperwork using systems such as Mitchell
Support sales targets by ensuring proper estimating, follow-up, and customer communication
Oversee scheduling, workflow, and staffing levels to meet business needs
Maintain a clean, safe, organized facility and ensure all health & safety guidelines are followed
Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and concerns to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Required
Minimum 4-5 years of management and supervisory experience in automotive, tire, dealership service, retail operations, logistics, or similar environments
Strong leadership presence -- energetic, approachable, consistent, and accountable
Experience leading frontline, hourly staff in a busy or high-volume environment
Proven ability to coach employees, set expectations, and address performance issues when needed
Strong customer service background
Able to stay on top of multiple moving parts and maintain awareness across the facility
Comfortable with computer systems and software (POS, invoicing, scheduling, etc.)
Comfortable in an environment where time is tracked electronically and calls may be recorded
Assets
Experience with Mitchell, Protractor, Payworks, or similar systems
Experience supporting service estimating, workflow, or sales processes
Background in tire shops, auto service centres, or dealership service
Business education or related training
