To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Tire and Auto Service Representative. This role serves as the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking tire and auto services.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing assistance with tire and auto service inquiries.

Schedule appointments for tire replacements, rotations, alignments, and other automotive services.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services offered, pricing, and appointment availability.

Process customer transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining detailed records.

Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on tire selection, maintenance, and other automotive services based on their specific needs.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.

Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, including stocking inventory and merchandising products.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in automotive technology is an asset.

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or automotive industry preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and basic software applications.
