What will be your daily pursuit?: As the Retail Inventory Associate, you will support sales staff in keeping the store stocked and ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they will be introducing to guests. Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $17.50 per hour. What perks can you expect?:

What will you do in this job?:

• Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing.
• Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
• Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory,
• Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
• Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
• Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
• Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
• Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized
• Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
• Apply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet
• Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

• 1-3 years of leadership and training experience
• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• Previous experience with back office systems.
• Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
• Speaks second language, an asset
• Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
