About the Role

As a

Sales Associate

, you will help customers choose flooring products such as

carpet, hardwood, vinyl plank, area rugs

, and more. You'll use your sales skills and product knowledge to guide customers through their projects, provide accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional in-store service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working in a retail environment, and being part of a supportive, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to maximize personal and store sales Assist customers in selecting flooring products tailored to their needs Provide accurate in-home estimates and help determine required product quantities Maintain strong product knowledge across all flooring categories Support store merchandising and maintain a clean, organized showroom Communicate professionally and positively with customers and team members

Requirements

1 year of retail sales experience (preferred) 1 year of customer service experience (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Flooring industry experience is an asset, but

training will be provided
