Flooring Sales Associate - Dauphin Branch

We are looking for a Flooring Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at the Dauphin branch. If you're an energetic and imaginative individual who is passionate about helping customers bring their vision to life, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final installation. Your duties will include:

Greet customers instore and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs Conducting on-site measurements to ensure accuracy for every project. Preparing and processing customer orders, collecting payments, and tracking distribution and delivery of products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and installers. Collaborating with installers to schedule installations that meet customer requirements. Working directly with supplier representatives to address any installation or warranty concerns. Actively seeking out and following up on sales leads to grow our retail and contractor customer base.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you should be a driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to build strong customer relationships. A proactive mindset and a desire to grow the business by actively seeking out new opportunities. The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct on-site measurements.
