The Role: We are seeking a visionary Retail & E-commerce Director to join our leadership team and play a crucial role in our growth trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust retail and e-commerce strategy aimed at achieving ambitious sales and profitability goals. You will lead a dedicated team of sales and customer service professionals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience both online and potentially in physical stores. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Transform the company\'s vision into actionable annual plans with clear monthly and weekly revenue and profitability targets.
E-commerce Management: Oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall online performance.
Omnichannel Development: Develop and implement a seamless customer experience across our e-commerce platform and potential brick-and-mortar store, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of four, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product management, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Marketing & Promotions: Lead marketing, promotional, and advertising strategies and tactics to drive growth and profitability. Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and boost sales.
Customer Centricity: Commit to delivering an outstanding customer experience, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and garnering positive feedback.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic decisions.
High-Ticket Sales Experience: Leverage your experience in selling high-value products, such as those in the automotive or luxury goods sectors, to drive our sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years in a retail and/or e-commerce leadership role.
Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, CRO, and digital marketing, specially for big ticket and higher price products
Proven track record in developing and executing data-driven strategies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proven experience in leading marketing, promotional, and advertising initiatives.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Passion for micro e-mobility and sustainable transportation is a plus.

Competitive salary and bonus structure ($120k-$150k Base Salary plus Bonus).
