Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of E-Commerce to lead our digital expansion and drive significant revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, optimizing online sales channels, and managing key retail partnerships. The ideal candidate is an expert in Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, and other major online platforms with a track record of success in e-commerce leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Oversee E-Commerce Strategy: Define and implement a data-driven, revenue-focused strategy that accelerates online growth.
- Lead & Scale the E-Commerce Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to execute digital initiatives effectively.
- Maximize Sales Across Key Retailers: Strengthen partnerships with Wayfair, and other third-party platforms to optimize product placement and increase market share.
- Data-Driven Performance Optimization.
- Execute Advanced Digital Marketing: Implement SEO/SEM best practices, conversion-focused content strategies, and audience-targeting techniques to drive traffic and sales.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Expand Business Growth Opportunities: Represent the company in key industry meetings, negotiations, and strategic partnerships, with travel as needed.
You need:
- 8 plus experience of executive-level e-commerce leadership experience with a history of delivering substantial growth.
- Deep expertise in Wayfair, Amazon, and Costco, with a strong understanding of marketplace trends and retailer expectations.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and data-driven sales optimization.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, capable of turning insights into high-impact e-commerce strategies.
