Retail & B2B Sales (Showroom + Biz Dev) | Part-time | Base + Commission | 2 openings

You'll drive both showroom retail and B2B sales -- developing partnerships with designers, architects, and contractors to grow our furniture and interiors business.

What you'll do



Showroom retail: discovery ? proposal ? quote ? close & post-sale follow-up; drive repeat and referral business. B2B development: build channels with designers, architecture/interior firms, engineering project networks, public/contractor tenders, materials vendors, and GC/subcontractor ecosystems. Coordinate sampling, orders, logistics, on-site installation, handover & after-sales. Maintain CRM cleanliness and submit brief weekly reports; targets scaled to part-time quota.

Basic qualifications



Experience in furniture, building materials, or interior sales -- retail or B2B. Strong motivation, communication & negotiation; proficient with office tools/CRM. Local travel ability (driver's license preferred).

Preferred qualifications



Established local network (designers, architects, GCs/subs, suppliers). Familiar with tender processes and e-bidding platforms. Able to read drawings/specs and perform BOQ/pricing analysis in Excel. Experience in public, civic, education, healthcare, or affordable housing projects preferred.
