We are looking for an Retail Operations Administrator to join our team.

As a Retail Operations Administrator you play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Kiokii's retail stores. Including but not limited to...
Store Service Coordination
Source and coordinate service providers (e.g., locksmiths, plumbers, inspectors, cleaners) for store maintenance and repairs.
Gather service requests from stores, obtain quotes from multiple vendors, negotiate pricing, and secure approvals.
Schedule and oversee service arrangements, ensuring completion, invoicing, and payment processing.
Liaise with providers (e.g., Bell), contractors, and mall management to coordinate installations and resolve service issues.
Notify mall management of service visits, events, or after-hours work.
Complete required documentation and coordinate compliance inspections.
Act as liaison between mall management and head office for required documents.
Supplies Management
Monitor warehouse supply inventory and store ordering patterns to ensure reasonable usage.
Source and purchase supplies from multiple vendors, comparing cost, delivery times, and quality.
Research alternative suppliers, including international sources.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare and maintain sales reports, supply summaries, and operational documents.
Collect, organize, and submit invoices and receipts to the accounting team.
Respond to store support requests, coordinating with warehouse and service providers as needed.
Facilitate roll-outs of new procedures, supplies, or equipment.
Arrange delivery of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely arrival.
Support store opening logistics in collaboration with other departments.
What We're Looking For
1+ years in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software/tools.
Strong problem-solver with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in retail operations is an asset.
