We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team based at SureHire\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Office for a full-time 1 year contract. This position can be done remotely, with some days required to come into our Edmonton Corporate office. Hours of work will between office hours of 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm Monday to Friday . Job overview: As a Results Analyst you are responsible for ensuring quality control by reviewing the testing results performed across the country each day. Simply put, you ensure that all the \xe2\x80\x9cI\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x9d are dotted and \xe2\x80\x9cT\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x9d are crossed. Your relentless attention to detail and focus on accuracy ensures that all testing results are 100% accurate before passing them along to our clients. Results Analysts are the core of SureHire. This position involves handling and processing occupational health test results from all SureHire facilities, Canada Wide Exclusive Testing Network and third party collection sites across North America. The training for this role is extensive and requires a dedicated individual who is ready and willing to learn. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
    • Coordinating with companies, collection sites, labs, donors, and other employees regarding test results and procedures
    • Reviewing all paperwork for accuracy
    • Entering results into our proprietary software in a timely and efficient manner
    • Interpreting and comparing audiometric results
    • Sending result notifications to companies
    • Notifying private clients of their test results via fax or email
    • Tracking and following-up on results when appointments are booked at third party collection sites
    • Assisting companies and recruiters with questions or concerns in regard to navigating the database, test results, etc.

      • Strong computer skills (experience using all applications of Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel).
Education
  • High school diploma required , Certification or diploma in Medical Office Administration is not required but considered an asset.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years in an administrative or customer service-oriented background is required.
