Job Description

On Side Restoration is looking for a Water Damage Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Operations Manager, Water Damage Managers oversee branch Water Damage Teams.

The Water Damage Manager is all about leading people, a history of working with water damaged properties and getting work done to keep clients satisfied. Overseeing all water damage personnel, the Water Damage Manager must have superior knowledge of water damage restoration and the ability to build great teams and working relationships. The Water Damage Manager needs to be highly knowledgeable of all types of restoration and stay up to date on all health and safety standards.

What you Bring to the Team



Previous water damage experience and applicable IICRC certifications. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated Customer service - general understanding of water emergencies/claims/schedules Communicating with Insureds, setting up schedules, dispatching technicians Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get 'it' right the first time Strong technical knowledge in specialty drying situations Strong organizational and inventory management abilities Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented. Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), E-Claim, and ability to learn other programs Clear criminal background check Working knowledge of building codes Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$39.00 per hour
