Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Restoration Team Lead to oversee field operations for restoration projects in Saskatoon. This role is responsible for leading on-site crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to WINMAR's quality standards. You'll be the point person on site -- guiding technicians, communicating with clients, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restoration technicians on-site during all project phases Organize and assign daily tasks, ensuring timelines and safety standards are met Provide training, direction, and motivation to field staff Conduct on-site assessments and assist with project documentation Monitor job progress, quality, and compliance with company procedures Communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients regarding work status and any site concerns Maintain accurate job logs, equipment tracking, and crew reports Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in property restoration, construction, or remediation Strong leadership and crew management skills Knowledge of restoration processes (water, fire, mould, trauma, etc.) Ability to read job scopes, plans, and safety documentation Proficient with restoration tools, drying equipment, and safety gear Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's licence and clean driving record IICRC or related industry certifications considered an asset

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
