Restoration Estimator / Project Manager - Lead Role (High-Performance Position)

We are an aggressively growing restoration company in Alberta specializing in

water, fire, mold, and environmental restoration.

plumbing, building, concrete, and excavation

You will have the support of a strong mitigation team and an experienced rebuild crew. But when it comes to estimating, claim approvals, and job profitability --

you are the point person.

No babysitting, no hand-holding. We want someone who knows how to get jobs approved, ensure clean execution, and complete files properly.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, aggressive, and detailed

Xactimate estimates

Attend site inspections and write professional insurer-ready reports Lead field technicians and enforce

IICRC compliance

Manage all project documentation, scopes, timelines, and budgets Control jobs from first call to final sign-off Communicate clearly and firmly with adjusters, property owners, and trades Ensure files stay profitable and organized Drive each job like it's your own business

Required Certifications & Experience

IICRC WRT

IICRC FSRT

ASD

(strong asset) WHMIS / First Aid Valid Class 5 license with clean abstract

4+ years of restoration or construction estimating

Strong proficiency with

Xactimate

Ability to run multiple files without losing control
