As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team!

Position Overview

The Estimator / Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the full project cycle - from accurate estimating and tendering to successful project execution and closeout. This individual will manage labour, budgets, and schedules while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Proficiency in Accubid is required.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Bidding:

Prepare accurate project estimates using Accubid (Pro & Change Order) Draft proposals, submit tenders, and analyze labour and material requirements Maintain competitive pricing through supplier and subcontractor quotations
Project Management:

Oversee projects from award through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams Manage project financials, billing, procurement, and reporting Monitor jobsite progress, address challenges, and implement schedules
Client & Team Relations

Act as the main point of contact for clients Foster positive relationships with vendors, consultants, and general contractors Lead and motivate project teams to achieve deadlines and quality standards
Documentation & Compliance

Review contracts for conditions and risks Maintain accurate project documentation (change orders, contracts, permits, reports) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating Proven expertise with Accubid software (mandatory) Electrical Trade Certification, Electrical Engineering Degree, or Technologist Diploma preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and construction processes Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bluebeam or Procore experience is considered an asset Valid driver's license and ability to attend project sites as required.
