Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Construction Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and debris removal tasks at construction and restoration sites. Your work will contribute to creating a safe, clean, and prepared environment for ongoing construction, remodeling, or post-restoration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare construction and restoration sites by removing debris, dust, and hazardous materials. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash surfaces, including walls, floors, windows, and ceilings. Ensure proper disposal of construction waste and hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations. Sanitize and disinfect areas affected by fire, water, mold, or other types of damage during restoration projects. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used on-site. Operate cleaning machinery and equipment, such as pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and scrubbers. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any site issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or restoration cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in construction environments. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a construction environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
